EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing and using this Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

OWNERSHIP. The PhotoChances Lab program, associated files and documentation (The Software) are owned by Juan Trujillo Tarradas. The Software is licensed and not sold. You have no ownership rights in the Software. Rather, you have a license to use the Software as long as this License Agreement remains in full force and effect. Ownership of the Software, Documentation and all intellectual property rights therein shall remain at all times with Juan Trujillo Tarradas.

GRANT OF LICENSE. You may use The Software under a non-exclusive license subject to the following terms and conditions.

- You may install and use the Evaluation Software on any number of computers at any one time. The Evaluation software provides a comprehensive set of the program's features during a trial period. After completion of the Trial period additional features of the program may stop working or have limitations. You agree to not extend the Trial period or regain these features by any means other than purchasing the License of the Software.

- When you purchase the License of the Software, you will receive a personal Activation Code that will enable you to transform the Evaluation version of the Software into the Fully Functional Version. Te Fully functional version can only be used on one computer at at time. However you can install it on up to 2 computers provided the Software is in use on only one computer at any time. Activation of the Software will require Internet connection in order to validate the Activation Code.

- You may not use any Activation Code for the Software that has not been purchased from Juan Trujillo Tarradas or an authorized representative of Juan Trujillo Tarradas.

- You may not distribute nor transfer any Activation Code that converts the Evaluation Software into the Fully Functional version.

- You may not translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, merge or transform The Software.

- You may not utilize the Software in violation of any applicable law.

DISTRIBUTION. You may distribute verbatim copies of the Evaluation version of the Software in its original form, in any medium, provided that you do not modify it in any fashion, keep intact all the notices that refer to this License and do not pass on any Activation Code.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FORM THE USE, INSTALLATION OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JUAN TRUJILLO TARRADAS OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE EVEN IF JUAN TRUJILLO TARRADAS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUAN TRUJILLO TARRADAS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION. This license agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession or under your control. Juan Trujillo Tarradas may terminate this License immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this License.
